ANNOUNCEMENTS

Notice of Intent to Destroy Records
Notice is hereby given that Lake Bluff Elementary School District 65 intends to destroy archived temporary records for students who left the District prior to 2011 and permanent records for students who left the district prior to 1956. These records will be destroyed in accordance with state law unless the parent/student notifies the district otherwise. If you are the owner or the parent/guardian of a student whose records will be destroyed, you may request a copy of the records by contacting Dr. Kevin Rubenstein at 847-234-9400 no later than June 27, 2016.

Summer Math and Algebra Academy Information
Lake Bluff will, once again, offer a summer math academy for all interested students entering grades two through eight. The summer academies will be held at Lake Bluff Elementary School and will run from June 13, 2016 through July 7, 2016, with no class on Fridays or Monday, July 4, 2016. More information about the class is available by clicking here.

Spend the Summer in Lake Bluff
Summer programs will run Monday through Thursday beginning on June 13, 2016, and running through July 7, 2016. Registration for our Summer Programs remains available by clicking here. There will be no programming on Fridays or on Monday, July 4, 2016. Questions or concerns? Contact Summer School Principal Carly Quick at cquick@lb65.org.

The Kiwanis Foundation is raising funds for a new ramp at LBMS
The Kiwanis Foundation of Lake Bluff & Lake Forest has already raised $10,000 for the new ramp at the main LBMS entrance. The ramp will address safety concerns and enhance accessibility for both students and visitors. The Foundation is halfway to their goal of $20,000. Can you help? Click>> to make tax-deductible donations via PayPal, or mail a check payable to the Kiwanis Foundation of LB/LF, to P.O. Box 34, Lake Bluff, IL 60044. Thank you!

Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, & New Student Registration for the 2016 - 2017 School Year Now Available

Pre-Registration for incoming Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, and students new to the district is available by clicking here.  If you need assistance with registration, please contact the District Office at 847-234-9400.
