Pre-school Screening
On Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., parents and families of children ages 3, 4, or 5 may have their child screened for developmental delays or disabilities. Interested parents/guardians should contact Jean Amundson at 847-234-9400. This event is free of charge to families who reside or attend school within the District 65 boundaries.

Summer School Registration - Now Available!

We are pleased to offer several summer programs for incoming PK-4 through eighth grade students. Our Summer School program will feature Barn Dance (for Kindergarteners) along with Reading and Math Academy for students entering second through eighth grade. Summer school runs from June 22, 2017 and ends on July 13, 2017 with no school on July 4, 2017. The cost is just $399 for four hours of programming each day. An Open Letter to the Lake Bluff School District 65 Community


February 15, 2017

The Lake Bluff Elementary District 65 Board of Education wants to update our community regarding allegations involving Charles T. Ritz III, who served as a teacher at Lake Bluff Junior High School from 1975 to 1985. Some of Mr. Ritz's former LBJH students have come forward alleging that he sexually abused them. The Lake Bluff Police Department and the Lake County States Attorney have launched investigations into the matter. The School District is cooperating fully with the authorities and will continue to do so.  Continue>>
