Illinois 5Essentials Survey - Now Available for Parents

It is that time of the year again!  Lake Bluff Elementary School District 65 is seeking your feedback on how we are doing with educating your children.

The Illinois 5Essentials Survey is administered by the University of Chicago and provides our school district with timely and meaningful feedback about how our students, teachers, and parents perceive our schools.

To take the survey, please click here, then select "Parent Survey" and then type in the first few letters of your child's school (i.e Lake Bluff Elementary School or Lake Bluff Middle School) and then click Login.  Choose your language and then start the survey.  If you have children in both schools, you should complete the survey for both schools.

The survey window is open between now and the beginning of January, but we would appreciate it if you could complete the survey in the next few weeks.  It should take 5-10 minutes and the feedback is so helpful to us as a school district.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
